ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 1, 2010

7:00P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen A.

                        Abelson, Richard B. Gorden and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2010 personal

      exemptions for the owners of the following properties:

            Parcel #  70-170          Cl. 41C            Granted

            Parcel #  70-170          Cl. 18               Granted

            Parcel #  103-22          Cl. 41C            Granted

            Parcel #  122-16-12     Cl. 41C            Granted

            Parcel #  60-15            Cl. 17D            Denied

7:18P.M.          The Board went into Executive Session.

7:47P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session.

2.   The Board reviewed the decisions by the Appellate Tax Board in

      the FY 2007, FY 2008 and FY 2009 cases with the owner of Parcel

     # 74-21.

3.   The Board granted abatements for FY 2007, FY 2008 and FY 2009,

      as directed by the ATB, to the owner of Parcel # 74-21.

4.   The Board took the following actions on FY 2010 abatement

      applications for the owners of the following properties:

            Parcel # 30-3-1            Granted

            Parcel # 40-22             Denied

            Parcel # 31-28             Denied
